At THIRTY ONE,  you will experience flavors inspired from Fiji, India and Asian Fusion. Our food is prepared keeping in mind the modern healthy dietary which avoids added sugar, less cream and no cream in most dishes, no MSG, no artificial colours, gluten free (except breads, samosa and noodle dishes), nut free, no chilli powder, no honey or even artificial sweeteners etc. All our food are sourced fresh daily to give you the best using fresh ginger, chillies, garlic etc. 

For generations (even before our forefathers migrated to Fiji from India as indentured labourers), we have had our family masala recipe. This consists of 31 herbs & spices such as cardamom, coriander, aniseed, cloves, cumin turmeric etc. These exotic spices are processed the olden way, wash, dry and then lightly toasted and ground into fine powder. All spices are ground fresh on-site to give a taste of fresh flavours.

At THIRTY ONE, we endeavour to make sure that when guests come to our restaurant, they are always in for a special meal. Our aim is to provide guests with an experience which encompasses our Indian culture while inspiring the senses with our innovative seasonal menus – keeping quality and service at the peak of it all.

Our specialised bar has a wide range of beer, spirits, cocktails, mocktails and other non-alcoholic drinks to combine with your choice of bites and meals. Thirty One is also known for starting the First ever Indian Inspired Bottomless Brunch in Auckland with 2 course meal and a range of drinks including no alcoholic drinks.
