RESERVATION, CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

 

RESERVATION

Reservations for 5 or more people made for Thirty One (31 Limited) must be accompanied by valid Visa or MasterCard credit card to confirm your booking. To confirm that the debit or credit card information you have provided is accurate, we may place a temporary authorisation on your debit or credit card at the time you provide your debit or credit card information. 

Your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.

 

NO SHOW OR CANCELLATION FEES

STANDARD BOOKINGS

​Cancellation or changes to your booking must be made at least 48 hours prior to your booking by contacting Thirty One by email on reservations@31.co.nz or by phone 09 218 5164 or you will be charged a fee. If you are unable to keep your reservation and you fail to cancel the reservation according to the notice period a $20 NZD charge per person will be charged to the credit card provided.

The cancellation charge also applies to changes in numbers for your group i.e. if you booked 8 people but 2 were a no show for the evening and you had not informed us in accordance with the notice period.

 

BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH BOOKINGS

​Cancellation or changes to your booking must be made at least 6 days prior to your booking by contacting Thirty One by email on reservations@31.co.nz or by phone 09 218 5164 or you will be charged a fee. If you are unable to keep your reservation and you fail to cancel the reservation according to the notice period a $29 NZD charge per person will be charged to the credit card provided.

The cancellation charge also applies to changes in numbers for your group i.e. if you booked 8 people but 2 were a no show for the session and you had not informed us in accordance with the notice period.

 

FUNCTIONS & SPECIAL EVENTS BOOKING
Cancellations and not show charges are as agreed and stipulated at the time of booking. 

 

PRIVACY OF DATA PROVIDED

Our reservation system is provided by EVEVE who guarantee to maintain the privacy of the data provided. The transactions for processing payments and capturing credit card data is handled through STRIPE who operate one of the highest data protection standards worldwide.
